Lost my confirmation #'s- do I just call??

I can't find my dining confirmation numbers for seatings I made a while ago. Can I just call to get the numbers, dates and times? I am so mad at myself- I will be turning the house upsidedown tomorrow- my plans are all in the same notebook.

I did the same thing for our upcoming trip. I just called and they were able to pull up everything by your phone number.

We didn't even bring our confirmation numbers. We had them all with us, but after the first meal we went to where we had a reservation (Donald's Restuaranosaurus Char. breakfast), they didn't even ask, so we stopped bringing them.
