Recently lost my magic band! I called the hotline and the CM I spoke to advised me that I still have one on my Disney Experience profile that I can customize. I'm also staying on property beginning May 5th. She said I would recieve another one at the resort upon check-in.
My question is, as it wasn't exactly clear, if I do the customize one online will I recieve it via snail mail in time for my trip? Or should I just hope that there actually really will be one waiting for me at Pop when I check in?
