I've seen this come up on the boards from time to time, but it's a first for me. I'm the fast pass coordinator for a large group next week. I managed to reserve a full Mine Train for us, 20 reservations. I checked the FP+ reservations today, and two of them are gone - mine and one of the kids in our group. They have been deleted. They have not been replaced by any other rides.

So now I'm asking for advice. Should I wait to see if they show up again because Disney software is frequently wonky? Do I try to call Disney IT before I arrive? Do I throw myself on the mercy of some guest services cast member once I arrive?

This is really bumming me out.

I would call Disney IT now. That is stressful! Good luck, I hope it is just a glitch and easily resolved.

Try refreshing (pull the screen down and let it go back up); log out & back in; *check from the website on your browser* -
If it’s still not there, call IT

It seems to have happened with the new iOS update today, though I haven't checked these reservations ion a little while. I actually have 10 days until the ride is scheduled, so I may wait a day or two before I call.

If they aren't showing up, I'd work with a CM on site the day of your FP because I think that is the least risky in terms of hosing up the remaining FP. Good luck!

As I’ve pondered this mystery of the two lost fast passes, I’ve come to believe that one of the kids in our group deleted her pass and mine by accident. I can’t ask her, though, because I don’t want her feeling bad about the mistake. I’m managing passes for a big group of kids, but this is the only ride I shared with the group (had to fill up the Mine Train), and this is the only explanation that makes sense.

I don’t think it’s a Disney IT problem, so I’m probably not going to call. I’m just going to grovel to a cast member on site, probably my hotel concierge. Are they allowed to take bribes if I call them gifts or tips?

To prevent that from happening again, you can delete kids who have their own MDX account from your account. Their FPs remain with them and they can no longer delete any of yours. :)
