Lost Dog

Can’t stand people who leave their dogs off leash. My dog is always on leash but is very aggressive towards other animals if an off leash dog approaches him at our local park they are getting bit, then the owner of the other dog looks at me like I did something wrong, in an area where the pets are required to be on a leash. I don’t take him out anymore because of these people who think the rules don’t apply to them.
