Lost Disney recipes (eek)

Haven't been here in oh so long ... but used to post quite frequently ... definitely needing some DISNEY DAYS so hopefully I'll be able to plan a trip in the next year or so and 'see you all more frequently' !

My old computer crashed and lost a couple of beloved Disney recipes ...

The apple vinagrette salad dressing from Whispering Canyon and the vegetarian stuffed pepper recipe from 50's Prime Time Cafe.

Can anyone give me the email address to request these recipes (again) ??

Apple Vinaigrette Dressing
Wilderness Lodge
1-1/3 Cups Canola Oil
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Apple Juice Concentrate
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Apple Sauce
Salt to taste
Place all ingredients, except Canola Oil and Salt in blender. Blend until smooth.
Add the Canola Oil in increments, blending between each addition Add salt to taste.
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container
Yield: 15 ounces

I don't have the stuffed pepper recipe though. I also don't have an email addy for MGM - just AKL & Epcot. Have you tried contacting them via their site? https://secure.disney.go.com/wdw/contact/contactUs
