I've checked out a few things on the Driveshaft website, and this is getting to me, they mention the lady owner of the wedding shop and mention that she still has hopes of finding Boone and Shannon and that the official search stopped at three months.

Also another story says Charlie and the others of flight 815 have been missing for 6 months, and no signal from the black box.

As of the last episode, didn't someone (survivors) say they had been on the island for one month? they sure haven't been there 6 months. Sooooo-

different dimension? Burmuda Triangle type thingy where no trace of missing planes and ships are ever found?

according to JJ Abrams this season was 40 days (interesting, another biblical reference), so yeah, 3 or 6 months would be too long.

How about when the French woman stated that she wanted the baby to trade for her child whom they stole 16 years prior. She said that they wanted the 'boy" thinking they meant the baby. They the fisherman took the boy Walt from the raft and blewup the raft.

Would you believe it did not hit me till the following day at work that by boy they meant Walt? I know his clairvoyence has something to do with it.

Speaking of Boone, I was watching a repeat of Law and Order SVU. And Ian Somerhalder was on it and he played really sick killer rapist.

Also I just noticed on the ABC Lost website Boone is no longer listed as a character. Interesting even though no longer on the island per say he still showed up in the flashback wednesday.

The actor who plays Boone is off the show. He taped a few scenes, and he may be in a few scenes in the fall season, but the reality is, he was axed. I read in an Entertainment Weekly interview, he is pretty bitter about it.

Boone will not be coming down for breakfast in the future. This was not a Shannon death or a Charlie death. Boone died, for real.

Does anybody think that one of the Others on the boat also includes the French Woman's son Alex???? One of the shadow people looked young(teens) but it was very dark...

I can't remember "when" she said it, but the French woman said her child was a girl. Some posters think she was the blonde girl/woman on the boat that took Walt, I couldn't see her face well enough to see if she was young or older.

JMO, but I think the blonde chick is too old to be Alex. Even if the 16 years is wrong, she looks as old as Danielle to me.

Well, I wish I'd known that before I got all excited about them saying the plane had been missing for 6 mths, and the survivors saying they had been on the island for about a month---now it's going to be hard for me to remember what fans made up and what ABC gives out as clues! Drat!

No one has said for sure and the creators have even hinted that the 16 years might be wrong, but I still think the woman in this picture looks as old as Danielle. If that is Alex, she looks rough

Can anyone specifically remember when Danielle indicated her child was a girl? I only missed about 1 3/4 episodes and I have no recollection of the childs gender being mentioned. I know early on we speculated that 'alex' could be Ethan, so maybe that's why I've had male stuck in my head. Also, did she ever indicate how long ago her 'baby' was taken?

I don't think we should assume the 4 on the boat are the only 'others' out there...and what in the heck would they want just a kid for anyway (I mean, why increase their group with only children)? How could they know about Walt's abilities, if most of our survivors don't even know...especially since it's not clear exactly what his abilities are. I suppose the others could be acting on what the ISLAND wants....kind of like Locke has supposedly been doing. Anybody think they might not know what they may be getting into with Walt? Sick a polar bear on them, Walt!

Also, we were supposed to get a glimpse or idea of why the plane went down....they only thing I can come up with is that Hurley made the flight!

Didd anyone notice the captain of the boat (that took walt) is dressed for winter and it looks like snow is swirling aroun him when they close up on him saying he is going to take the boy?

I wish Sawyer could have been shown putting up more of a fight than one shot and then he gets shot... that made me sad.... not that it would have changed the outcome I just think it got rushed. maybe they wanted you to be unsure of who mae it off the boat? (ie just sawyer or both sawyer and Jin)

I saw the stuff floating around the captain, too, but after looking at it again on tape, I think it was bugs flying around the light they had.

Sawyer must have been shot to get knocked off the raft, but I couldn't tell where he was shot, it was so fast, I really really hope the three guys can live, hopefully to get to land soon.
