Lost confirmation paperwork?

Hi, I made a reservation for my mom for thanksgiving using my points, and gave her the paperwork which, unusually for her, she has misplaced.

Can I just write down the confirmation no for her to take with her to check in, or should I phone/email MS and ask them to send out another written confirmation.

I don't want my mom to be met with any difficulties at check-in, so just wondered what was the best thing for me to do??

I'd just print off the confirmation information from the member website and let her take that. She really won't even need the confirmation letter - just photo ID and credit card - as long as her name is on the reservation. Credit card is not required either unless she would like charging privileges on her KKTW card.

thanks ever so much for the reply - that is a big help - I will just print up the member info and she will have her ID etc - so thats great - thanks for the reassurance
