I am literally tearing my hair out. I made my ADRS yesterday and put them on a sheet of paper. Last night, I went and bought a Passporter book to store all the information for the disney trip. Now, I can't find the piece of paper I wrote everything down on! We are going for 10 days so there are about 14 ADRS! Can I call Disney and give them my last name and get the confirmation numbers? How much of a pain is it? Does anyone know? Thank you for any suggestions.

Yes, you can call 407-WDW-DINE and get your ressie numbers, no big problem. They are usually linked to your phone number. Don't panic, it will be no problem!!! :thumbsup2

Just call them back, they can look it up by your last name. :-)

apparently when you arrive at your resort they will give you a print out of your ADRs

I saw a tip on allears about storing your confirmation numbers in your mobile phone as well. Her point was you were more likely to have your phone with you in the park. I'm trying that this year because when we went in December, the guard at GF didn't want to let us in to park without our confirmation number (and we were staying at OKW).

We have NEVER needed to present confirmation numbers.

Take a moment to calm down and breathe. Now, the paper is probubly somewhere that would be safe!!!! I do it all the time. If you cannot find it, don't worry. You can wait till you get there and get the print out or you can call and they can give you them again. I have had to do this, too. The CM was very patient and told me not to worry. After a few minutes, she was able to track them down. I "think" that she checked with the resort. I was only a couple days out. But anyway, you will be able to get them when you check in. Just breathe and look in the last place you would ever think you might leave something. Found mine in the Freezer!!!! :rotfl: pixiedust:

Neither have we...but it is nice to review a printout when you check in...ask the CM or concierge to run your list for you.

I lost mine too- just called the # and gave them my phone # or last name and they read them all back to me- I panicked also!! b/c I had been so organized about everything!!!

We've had to at one of the MK resorts before entering the parking lot. Another time, we were asked to show our room confirmation number prior to checkin. At POP, after almost a week of driving past the guard shack with just showing my parking pass, I had to also show my room key/ID. These things don't happen a whole lot, which makes it all the more surprising when it does occur!

When I made my ADR's the CM told me it was linked to my phone and last name. No worries!

I think the need for room reservation is little different than the need for the ADR confirmation number. I've been asked the ADR number when I call WDW-Dine to change the date/time/#ppl before, but when I said I didn't have it..it wasn't a big deal.
