Lost Child Identification

We did the silicone bracelet with "If lost, please call XXXXXX or XXXXX" -listing mine & my hubby's cell phones. We let him select the color & we put it on his ankle then put his shoes on. We told him (5 yrs old) if we got seperated to find a mommy or cast member & show them the ankle bracelet. You can use it on subsequent trips and/or for other crowded places, too.

I tried the bracelet our last trip & DS refused to wear it. This time I am trying the luggage tag. I let him pick which color & he's excited to wear it. I was wondering what info to put on it. I have both my & DH's cell #s showing through the opening. The tag has to be opened to see the rest of the info. What should I put inside? Our resort name? His name? Our names?

Our kids (DS9, DS8, DD3) each had their own lanyard that had a plastic holder to carry their pass and gift card. We wrote our names, cell numbers and resort we were staying at on an index card and slipped it inside, with the names facing in so no one could call their name out (paranoid, but careful). Also, we pointed out cast members to them, so they would know what to look for and who to go to if they were to get lost.

We did the picture thing on our last trip. I also took a pic of DH, so if we separated I could find him easier by looking at what color tee he was wearing that day.

I've seen a few things but I remember once I was at Chef Mickey’s with my good friend Pluto and a mom told her little boy look Pluto has a tag on him so if he gets lost he can find Mickey just like the tag on your pants so if you get lost you can find mommy and he has a luggage tag on his belt loop then put in his pocket to no one who shouldn’t see it did but it was there if he needed it, I thought that was both cute and smart!

if you didn't know Pluto’s tag says " PLUTO if found please return to Mickey Mouse".. sooo cute!
