Disney's Pleasure Island
Videopolis East
The Neon Armadillo Music Saloon
The Cage

Do you have a list of what replaced the Lost Attractions you have listed, if at all? Better or worse replacement?

Wildhorse Saloon is also lost from Pleasure Island..

And I would consider Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, Alien Encounter, 20,000 Leagues under the Sea, Tiki Room (hey, it isn't the same) lost from MK and Journey into Imagination (again, not the same), Beaver Tails lost from EPCOT. From MGM, Doug Live, Sorcery in the Sky, Hunchback of Notre Dame show, Pocahontas show, Backlot tour (well, residential street).

Well, gosh, I know there are more!

Hey, what about Discovery Island and Disney Institute? Those are gone now too, aren't they?

I remeber going to Epcot when I was a younger and seeing Captain Eo.
I thought this 3D film was really enjoyable, I wonder why they closed it.

It was neat, Captain EO, but it was just getting dated. Staring Michael Jackson, it was replaced with the Honey I shrunk the Audience.

Interesting:

If You Had Wings, If You Could Fly, Dreamflight, Take Flight - Buzz Lightyear - A definite improvement!

America the Beautiful, American Journeys (and a few others I think) - Mickey's Philharmagic - A substantial improvement!!!

Horizons - Mission: Space - A pretty-decent exchange.

World of Motion - Test Track - A great improvement.

CommuniCore - Innoventions - Communicore was much better.

Universe of Energy - Substantially unchanged, AFAIK.

Monster Sound Show - Sounds Dangerous - A modest improvement.

Actually, America the Beautiful was in Tomorrowland where Timekeeper is now. Magic Journeys is where Philharmagic is now (it was also the home to Legend of the Lion King and Mickey Mouse Review).
