Can't find my son's AP. Can we get a replacement at guest relations before park opens?

If he's over 18, bring him and his ID to GR or any ticket window. If he's under 18, bring him and your ID to GR or any ticket window.

I find ticket windows to be much faster to get a replacement but guest relations can help too. (unless it's a lost voucher/unactivated) then you probably need to visit guest relations.

Is it already activated? If so, they can look it up by his name and address.

I had to go to guest relations a couple of weeks ago when my son AND daughter forgot their magic bands. The GR window was much faster than waiting at the ticket window.
They are both under 18, so I brought my ID as well as my MB (I also had my card on me for discounts).
Took care of it very quickly and both kids were good to go in about 5 minutes. :)

Yes.
And, as mentioned above, a legal photo ID is required to prove ownership.

It was DL activated but not yet at WDW. The number is in MDE. We have to go to GR to activate DH's and mine anyway.
