Lost ap card

Just got to Disney and can’t find my passholder card. We’re at bonnet creek and headed to DHS early in the morning. Assuming I’ll have to pay to park. Where can I get a replacement card and will the refund me parking with a receipt? Thanks

Any ticket booth or guest services can give you a replacement AP card.

Just present your magic band to the parking attendant. They should be able to see the AP entitlement on your account.

Every time we’ve parked with our AP we have had to show the card and ID. That’s because you could just loan out your band for someone else to use. And it has to be you, the AP holder who gets the benefit.

That said, Guest Service will refund the parking charge.

Is there a charge to replace a lost AP? I believe there is one for a lost TIW.

Thanks everyone. They scanned my band and matched it with my DL and let me go ahead and park free. Was able to get a replacement passholder card.

I've always had them scan the band too - it has the same exact info on it that the card does!
