Lost 7 day PHP on first day!!

Our first full day I lost one of our 7 day PHP passes - I do not know when or where but here is what happened - We went to MK that day and had a wonderful time! We went back to the hotel for an afternoon break because we were going to go back to MK later that night for Enight - When we went back to MK and pulled out our passes we were one short but because we had all gotten our hand's stamped and we had 4 enight tickets the person at the gate let us all in and told us to go to guest services. We promptly went to guest services and I had told the CM about the missing hopper and told them that I had a copy of it but that it was in the hotel room - The wonderful CM was able to pull up the missing hopper # by pulling up the #'s on the 3 that we had - He immediately canceled the old one and issued us a new one. I was very happy!! He said most times that they can pull up the missing hopper # if you have other hoppers and they were all used around the same time - but that is a good idea to write down all the numbers or make copies of them just in case!

So remember everyone to copy the backs of your PH tickets! And to go to guest services immediately if you lose one - they know exactally what to do!

That happened to us halfway into our trip ealier this month. We had went to MK in the morning and when we arrived at MGM around noon we were short a ticket. My daughter thinks she left it at a FP machine. We also had copies (back at the cabin). They replaced it also by the numbers on the tickets we had. Hats of to Disney!

I too managed to lose one of our hopper passes on the last day in the parks. I was mortified. But we went to City Hall and they were so helpful. As it was the last day they just reissued us with a new one. Unfortunately as we had purcashed them here in the UK, they weren't able to trace them, but never the less, we carried on and enjoyed the rest of the day.
