i am so thrilled i just comlpleted my third week of weight watchers along with walking 1-2 miles a day(almost every day)
and i've lost 11.2 lbs in 3 weeks.
i know that my body will probably slow down soon- so i'm trying to convince my self not to get discouraged at my next weigh in- if i haven't lost anything.
but i'm a quarter of my way to my 43lb loss goal !!!!!!!!!!11
