Jay, you got the motivation, that's most of the way. I lost 100 lbs in 2005, after being big forever and ever, and getting that motivation was the hardest step. I'm proud of you.![]()
SOOOOOOOOOO happy for you!!

DS's birth weight was only 7 lbs. so I probably didn't need all of that excess.
I have gone the past 3 nights with no ice cream, so that's 1800 calories I didn't consume. That has to count for something. I'll be interested to see how long it takes to see a difference on the scale. I am lazy so I am not good at making "lifestyle" changes.

There's a local place that makes homemade ice cream and it's pumpkin season... I don't need another reason to go out and get ice cream-drunk. Thanks.
) but one day I decided that drinking that made no sense with the rest of the way we eat. So I simply stopped drinking it. (That was 30 weeks ago) This coming from a person who would panic in the morning without (much like some do w/o coffee).
