Losing weight...

I would rather fall asleep and drool all over the front desk instead of eating crunchy energy bits. You should stay out of CVS. ;)

I am a coffee hound. I drink water during the day, but I have to have coffee in the morning.

For awhile there was water with caffeine added. I never tried it. I am picky about water - it can't have ANY taste to it. I was worried the caffeine water would taste weird.
 
I totally need to get on the weight-loss train. I'm good with routine, so I need to do a complete remodel of our shopping habits this weekend - Veggies and lowfat ranch dip instead of "treats," no more donuts or muffins for breakfast, no more pizza. I think if I start doing a long walk each evening, I'll keep it up. We have lots of small mountains in our area too, so I was thinking about a small climb once a week.
 
Today - turned up my Gym routine a notch -
and starting to eat a cleaner diet.
I plan on upping this 3 times before the next vacation -
And hopefully that will get me somewhere -
my body is fighting me these days. :headache::mad:

Somehow saying (poasting) it out loud seems to make it a
more solid comitment for me.
 
Yah, but it gets expensive buying bottled water all the time. The water here tastes disgusting (they pull it from the Mississippi and you can taste it).

The other alternative is to eat crunchy energy bits *looks at jackskellingtonsgirl* and that just doesn't agree with me... LOL

Jay, what about getting a Brita water filter? Might make your water taste a little better. Or buy Crystal Light or something to add to it.
 

I put 5 pounds back on this last week while at my grandparents'... but lost 2 again in the last day or so since getting back. Blah.
 
Just keep at it! Don't get discouraged if the weight loss slows or you gain. Just keep working on it!
 
Hubby and I have been watching our food intake for about 2 months now. We decided on the low carb track. We are big fast food junkies and have been eating our burgers on lettace which I thought would not be appitizing but sooo wrong. Used to drink soda everyday at work. I've cut that out and now drink tea and water. While I still will have the occasional soda on the weekend. I've lost 16 lbs. and hubby 21lbs. our average weight loss is 2-3 lbs. a week. Now we have to start exercising regularly.
