So, I joined weight watchers online last week. Today was my day to weigh myself... I lost 7.3 lbs in the last week by cutting out my frequent trips to McD's, all the pizza I usually eat at work, and my constant snacking on unhealthy stuff. I'm pretty happy right now. 1/2 way to my first goal in 1 week.




Blah.

It's amazing what a difference just little changes can make. I saw a big difference just from switching to diet pop. Couldn't stand the taste of it at first. Now it's the opposite. Our vending machine has been out of Diet Dew this week. If I try a regular Dew I can only drink about 1/2 of it. I was going to try to do a crash diet before my October trip but with only 2 weeks it seems pointless to start now. I'll start when I get back and keep working on it until Gay Days.
