Hi Catherine! WW is designed such that you lose weight slowly (average of 1-2 lbs. a week)-- that means there will be stretches where it seems like you are only losing tenths of a lb, but other weeks, you will lose 3-4 lbs (although, these get fewer and fewer as you lose more weight

). The disadvantage is a lot of people who want to lose weight fast get unmotivated and quit. The good thing is that in all of the studies of all of the different types of diets, WW is the one where the most people were able to keep their weight off-- the reason is that it is adaptable-- it is not a "diet" that you just stop when you lose all of the weight.
Here are some ideas for you:
1. Just wait-- if you had already been losing weight, you may be on a plateau, which happens to everyone in every diet (as long as they are not starving themselves)-- it is the body's way of adapting to weight loss. Usually, a plateau will lift in about 3-4 weeks.
2. You mention that you workout-- do you eat any of your exercise points? If not, you may want to try eating your exercise points-- your body needs those calories you work off to function-- sometimes your body will hold on to all its god if it doesn't think the food is being replaced. If you are not hungry for more food, try having a protein bar after your workout (pria ones taste good, and are only 2 pts.-- not the low carb version-- those taste bad as far as I'm concerned), or add a cup of gatorade to your water during your workout-- 1pt per cup, and it will also replace electrolytes as you workout.
3. Try reducing your white carbs (choose brown rice instead of white, or a yam instead of a white potato)-- that helps me sometimes, and I usually have more, longer-lasting energy.
4. Try switching to the Core plan instead of flexpoints for a couple weeks-- I can't stay on this program longterm because I get bored of the same foods, but it is great for a couple of weeks, and since you are eating differently it helps to shake things up which can get you out of the plateau.
5. Step up your workouts a notch-- every 3 months or so, you are supposed to revise your workouts (I am notoriously bad at doing this when I find something I like

)-- this usually jumpstarts your metabolism.
I can say that of everything I've tried, WW is what works the best because it is essentially, balanced, normal eating of all food groups! It has worked for friends who were quite overweight, it has worked for me (I am moderately overweight), and it is working for a friend who is trying to lose only 5 lbs! Good luck!!
