Wow, I've let myself go and I've been in denial for so looong!!! ENOUGH! I have to do something. I just don't know where or how to begin.
I've always known that I'm top heavy... but have finally realized that I'm bottom heavy and middle heavy too! HELP!!! Where and how do I start?
) When I feel discouraged, I come and read the posts for inspiration and motivation! I learn new strategies, wrap my mind around new ideas and keep myself motivated. but honestly... it's been 16 months since I had my youngest, and although I have been losing it a little, I'm still heavier than I was before I got pregnant. I feel like I've hit a wall... I do want to feel good, and look good in the photos... instead of hiding behind someone, or just not being in the pictures. I remember the last time we went I was trying to avoid it, and then seeing myself afterwards, and being in denial about my weight. I've got 103 days to go, and hoping I can still drop a size or two. But... I haven't had a scale in my house in years, and really don't want one. I don't want to be obsessed with the number... but more so, just the way I feel, and how my clothes fit, so I'm looking for a little support and encouragement, tips, advice... So far, I've given up the nightly ice cream, and big lunches. I have started walking during my lunch hour. I may have to invest in the Wii Active. It sounds like a winner. So... what are we going to do when we get to free dining? I'm afraid if I do make progress, I'll end up going backwards at Disney. 
It's comforting to read through the previous pages and to know that I'm not alone. And it's motivating to hear all of your stories of success. Congratulations to all of you that have lost weight and are reaching your goals! BUT I am not giving up - my trip is in two weeks! I am running out of time.

My trip is in 19 days ... we'll be there at roughly the same time. We're staying at Saratoga Springs from June 26-July 4. What about you?

KPH500 - we leave 6/21 for Kidani Village than switch over to SSR on 6/26 until 6/30. We will overlap. I have a crazy busy weekend with work, church and DS birthday party stuff but as of Monday I plan to be in full blown disney world mode - cant wait to pack and get organized.
On a different note - scale says up 2LBS from last Sat - I did cheat a little last Sun and Thurs but very little - I have exercised very consistently with the Wii Active and TM- I dont know what I am doing wrong - this makes a net of plus 1 for the last two weeks (last week lost one lb) I am very frustrated.
I am still addicted to the exercise and feel like I am in the best shape in a long time - I dont have any aches and pains in my back and neck like I used to and I am starting to have a little contour/shape to my triceps (dont laugh at me but I am very proud of this little) So why havent I lost weight in over two weeks!!

Lisa, have you been able to complete a 30 day challenge workout on a rest day? I see you are on wo #11 and I just finished #8.
Inline skating is kicking my butt - but in a good way, I get really mad when I miss a jump. I have upped my intensity to hard the last 3 days and I am not going back to medium. It isn't easy but it is doable for me.
I am terrified to get on the scale tomorrow - the scale has not been good to me. As others have posted, the scale fluctutes so much. I haven't lost much the last two weeks. BUT I am not giving up - my trip is in two weeks! I am running out of time.
I've been lurking... but I find this an inspiration... I want to join in too. (Lisa, we'll be at DW the same time.. (I'm photo pass daisyyy)...

Lisa, I just noticed that we are going at the same time. I will be at CSR Sept 17-28 so all of us big losers going at that time need to meet up for a group pic as you suggested. It sounds like a fun time & I would love to meet all of you who have been so supportive.
