Having dinner at the new Via Napoli and don't know if I should order a personal pizza or the chicken parm? These are some tough decisions to make on vacation. :lmao: Have to say tho, I am really looking forward to this meal. Linda

My vote is for BOTH! But if you have to choose one, go with the pizza. If it's anything like Naples in Disneyland, it's delish!

I'm personally dying to try the pizza and can't wait until September 27th ;).

I am going with 2 others, so we will each order something different, then share.

I've been wondering the same thing. Chicken parm is my favorite dish ever and I have to try it, but I have to try the pizza too. I am thinking I will just order the chicken and steal some pizza from DH.

i booked 2 adrs there. i want the eggplant parm, but then again i can make it really good myself.. cant do that with a pizza, so i think i'll get the pizza, then if it's reallly good i'll get it again the 2nd time, otherwise i'll try the eggplant, or go to the new mexican place.

if you can get good chicken parm, which isnt too difficult of a task, at home go for the pizza. here in Indiana we cant get authentic italian style pizza, just the chains, so i'm going for the pizza. :cloud9:

We ate there twice last week, got the pizza both times. It was fantastic!!! The 4 cheese is amazing, it's just cheese and garlic, no sauce. Soooooooo yummy!

?????? What about ALL the other things such as resorts, adr's, touring plans, etc, not trying to be snarky there are SOOO many other things re WDW to lose sleep over.

We ate there last week-we were a party of 7. We all kind of tried each other's-had the eggplant parm, Corkscrew pasta dish, ribbon pasta, spag meatballs and pizzas. I thought the corkscrew pasta was very good but the pizzas were excellent especially the Four cheese. Oh and try the zeppole or the ugly but good for dessert-both were awesome!!:thumbsup2

Here are some pictures of both to help you decide. :)

This is the pizza that DH had. It was the Quattro Stagioni - eggplant, artichokes, prosciutto, mushrooms. It was excellent. The crust was very thin, light but flavorful sauce, and the toppings were all fresh and fabulous quality.

This is the eggplant parm. As you can see it is not your *typical* American style parm. There was not a lot of heavy breading with layers of sauce and cheese. It was very light and silky. The eggplant had such an amazing flavor that was highlighted by the light sauce and fresh mozzarella and the heavenly fresh basil.

Here is the pasta that comes with the eggplant. Clearly it is not your typical plate of pasta. It was more of a frittata style. It wasn't really eggy or cheesy...honestly more dry with not a ton of flavor. It was ok when dipping it in some of the red sauce or with a bite of the eggplant.
