Losing patience with milesource

Could someone share a recent success story with milesource? I'm in need of some hope! I'm losing patience with them.....and FAST. I ordered a GC in July of 2003 and it still hasn't hasn't been received. I've continued to email them and they *say* it's coming (please allow 6-8 weeks, yadda yadda yadda) but I'd say its been a little over 8 weeks!!! I'll be sure to post if/when I receive this GC. Thanks for letting me vent.

Okay, here is my success! And let me thank you for posting this! I have been unable to cash out for over a month. Emailed them with no benefit. Finally, after reading your post, I thought, "I should go try to cash out again." Finally it all went through.

But other wise that is my last redemption. They are simple taking too long to get prizes for as much time as they take to do each day. I'm still waiting on prizes from over a year ago.

We actually finally did get all of our redemptions from MileSource, although I liked the SuperCertificates much better, we now finally have $40 worth of Burger King certificates for the drive down and/or airport. However, I will no longer do Milesource.

Orlando and Atlanta have Burger King on their concourses.
