Just a little FYI...
On our third day leaving for the parks, I couldn't find my pass. We spent time looking for it at the hotel, but couldn't find it.
I went to guest services with the other 5 passes from our party. The numbers were in sequential order so I knew which pass was missing. I explained that I lost the pass, but my finger print was on file. He explained that the computers that they used are not linked to the entrance database, so there was no way he would look it up. I then told him that I knew the number of the pass based on process of elimination. He said "oh, no problem". He took the number and printed a new pass. No problems!!!
Well, the moral of this story is...You may want to write the numbers down just in case. Later that day, my 9 year old was running out of the mummy exit to the entrance. I just happen to catch something out of the corner of my eye. It was his pass flying out of the lanyard. So, it is easy to misplace, and much easier to replace if you know the number.
Hope this helps someone out there.
