Losing our 'old stand-by', looking for rental recommendations

Got word that the owners of our usual rental are putting the house on the market. Our next trip is over a year out, so I didn't want to book with them on the off chance they it never sells.

So, here are our requirements:

- Something close to the parks (Windsor Hills is where we normally stay, so I wouldn't want to be too much farther than that)

- We'll have kids that are 9, 6, 4, and 1. Looking for at least a 3 bedroom, possibly a 4 bedroom. If it's a 3 bedroom, would prefer it have a room with 3 beds in it (i.e. bunk beds and a standalone bed) - that way the 9, 6, and 4 year old could sleep in the same room and the 1 year old would have a place for naps and going to sleep earlier than the rest.

- Windsor Hills has treated us well, but we'd be open to any resorts that in the same vicinity to the parks.

- Price-wise, I'd like to keep it around $700 for the week (SAT-SAT).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I've used vacation central florida. I was happy with them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Price depends on time of year you're traveling.

Yep. I usually do. But was looking for specific rentals that anyone could share. I'm familiar with Windsor Hills, but wasn't sure if there were other resorts within the same distance that are worth checking out.

Great couple to work with that own & manage their own homes!
