Lose Tickets if Change Resort in Package?

I posted on the Resort board and then realized this was really a ticket question.

If I want to change resorts will they cancel my package (and therefore my park reservations!!) and issue new tickets with a new package? Or will I keep the same tickets already linked to MDE? I don't want to risk losing my park reservations.

Are you keeping the same reservation number and just changing resorts? If so, your reservations will be fine.

If you cancel one reservation and book a completely new one at the new resort this may be more troublesome.

Even then, it gives you 24 hours to put new tickets in before it cancels park reservations doesn't it?

A modification to an existing package should not affect tickets. You need to ask to "modify" your reservation, not cancel and re-book.
