I stayed the same, but I expected to so it's not really a big deal! I'll be better this week... promise. ;)
 
I've put on a lb this week, and I am sooo not surprised. I've really pushed my luck over the past couple of weeks!
 
ive put a pound on in week 2 and this week doesnt look to be going much betteras i,ve loads of work to hand in for my course and i,m feeling a bit stressed so the crisps seem rather tempting at the moment. maybe i can stay the same till friday (week 3). Gill
 

Well Ive lost 1lb this week, but I have no idea how !!! :confused3

I have not been good at all this past week, so that is a real bonus, hope it does'nt catch up with me this week.

I definitely won't have lost any last week as being away on a course meant obligatory ;) 3 course meals twice a day!!

I have been very well behaved all day though, I have only one month to get into my balldress :earseek: :earseek: :earseek:

I went to ww last night, and i stayed the same as well. well done sue for losing a lb!! :cheer2:
keep going everyone, its still possible to lose the stone!!

Or Golden Wonder Lights
They are only 1.5 WW points and the Salt and Vinegar ones taste just like Disco's...hmmmmm :)

Quavers are also fairly low compaired to other Guilty crisps!
Walkers are terrible - steer clear.

And did you know that Tesco Bacon Frazzle type things, are 12 points per bag!!! :eek:
So make sure you share those ones with a friend!
 
I gained this week too. My fault as I didn't count my points over the bonfire weekend. I'm back on track now though.
 
I could not exist on a diet without Seasons :) I use them to attack crisp munching cravings :teeth:
 
I lost 1 lb this week ..... yippie!!
Was hoping for more but maybe next week!

Gained 1lb this week oops the chocolate biscuits kept calling me. I shall be good this week promise!!! :sunny:
 
I stayed the same this week. Consider myself lucky as had take-away three times! (I know.... very bad of me but oooh they were lovely :rotfl: ) am determined to do better this week
 
Well done everyone.

I've lost a pound this week. Not quite sure how I managed it because I have been out a few times this week :blush:

Think it is something to do with the exercise because although I have been stuffing my face I've still been exercising every morning.
 
I weighed last Sunday morning and had lost 3 lbs BUT I'd put on 4 lbs the week before so it's 1 step forward and 2 steps back at the moment!! No chance of losing a stone now as the party season is nearly here!! Well done to everybody who's lost!!
 
I make that a total weight loss this week of 6 lbs and a total loss over the 3 weeks of 53.5 lbs or nearly 4 stone!!

I'm sure I'll do better next week. I know I have lost the weight I put on last week already and will hopefully have lost a little more by my official weigh in on Tuesday.
 
lost another pound so i'm quite chuffed. well done everyone for persevering. i'll be quite happy to go into christmas even a few pounds lighter. Gill
