Hi
My name is Lori and I first started WW in 2000 after the birth of my first son (second child), I lost nearly 70 lbs in 10 months! I know the program works, it's me that's broken...lol. I have 3 kids DD15 yrs, DS5 yrs, DS3 yrs. I am a SAHM but also run a small daycare. Most of all I want to be a healthy weight and be able to keep up with the kids!
I am having trouble staying focused and on task so I hope this will help
I was only up .4 so it wasn't as bad as it could have been and I am still down for the year, but still I just can't find my motivation. Last time around we wanted another baby but there was no way I wanted to be pregnant and 100 overweight again, a great motivator! But now I am done having kids, so what should be my motivation. I think most of my problem is thinking I need to have a reason to lose the weight.
I do remember feeling gross about myself and deciding I really needed to do something about my out of control weight. Well I have reached that point again. I am just tried of being fat, huffing and puffing up the stairs, feeling tired most of the time... all that other fun stuff!
So my goal this week is to lose at least 1 lb, hoping for 2 but not counting on it.
