Loophole re: AP blackout days??

Hi
you know the loophole that allows you into the park on a blackout day? which allows you to change your temporary APs into proper ones,
does this allow you to come and go between both parks all day or if we go to the main park to change our temporary APs into the proper ones are we confined to staying in that park all day?

I can't answer the first bit, about exchanging a temporary AP for a permanent one on a blackout date, but once you've got your permanent AP on your first day, you can then go back and forth between the parks as much as you like.

Aw I'm sorry ..... and I'm going to disappoint you again as I still don't know the answer to the first bit ..... but it does sort of ring a bell. Thinking about it, is the loophole that if you're staying in a Disney hotel you can get in regardless of blackout days?

i cant view on my phone but we are offsite this trip. even if we can only stay in whichever park we get the APs changed in its ok, we will make the most of it and maybe head over to val d'europe in the afternoon for a bit of retail therapy. will have a look at the link later. thanks for the help
