I faxed my loop request to FW on Wedneday. I actually asked for a specific site. I know asking for a specific site might be a bit much but do you ussally get which loop you want(in your experiences)?

Last year I faxed loop request also. When we got to check in I just asked which cabins were available in that loop. He let me choose from about 3 or 4. Mind you we got there around 12 when they are still cleaning etc. We were also really flexible about when we could check in, had several alternate plans just in case. Good luck ! ::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo ::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo

We have had very good luck getting our requested loop and even got our requested site a couple of times. They really do try to meet you request. I would say we have gotten our request 100% of the time when it was available.

I always ask when I make the ressie! About 3 days before we arrive, I call FW directly just to make sure that they have my request. ::yes:: Got exactly what I wanted!!:sunny:

I never faxed my request, only sent through the online ressie
form. We had no problem getting what we wanted. Loop 1400
was awesome !!!!

We just got back yesterday and we stayed in the 900 loop (site 930). We called CRO and added a request for the 1300 or 900 loop a month before we left and it appeared on our check in paperwork and we got what we asked for. The 900 loop is great - right across from the meadow trading post and there is a bus stop right at the entrance.
