Loop request

I've made our reservations but didn't put in a loop request. I usually put in our request when making reservations, and I'm wondering if it makes a difference that I've waited? Are requests first come, first served? I know I've requested this particular loop in the past and never gotten it.

Last fall i had a couple of loops i preferred (the ones around/near the quiet pool). i requested this when i made the reservations far in advance but the woman told me they do not assign cabins until much closer to the vacation date. i don't think it makes a difference really, give them a call today if you wish!

love Fort Wilderness by the way, going back in November, can't see myself staying anywhere else at WDW

You may have to PM His Eminence, Napria. The King keeps a busy schedule.

I'm merely the Court Jester but my two cents are it makes no difference WHEN you make the request. I don't think it really matters as long as it's there when the ressies download for pre-assignment a few days before arrival.
