We are booking a GG at the Fort in October and want suggestions on what loop to choose. We have children, no pets and want a full hook up with cable close to a bus stop and comfort station. I thought about 300, but I read a previous post that said that 300 will become a pet loop, since we are leaving our little critter at home we don't need to be in a pet loop. We have a 24 foot TT and are traveling with others that have TT upwards of 30 feet. We would all like to be in the same loop, so what loop would you recommend to accommodate all of our needs?
Thank u in advance :)

100 and 200 are not pet loops. They are at the Settlement end of the campground. The sites would accomodate your trailers fine. Our is 32' and we had no problems in 210 last year.

We were in 500 last Oct. and I felt it was perfectly placed. We were just a few sites away from the CS(you share it with the 400 loop)It was a short walk to the marina/settlement and not bad of a walk to the Meadows pool/outpost. We have a 32' trailer as well and we were fine. Site 512 if you want exact. This year I had requested the 1400 loop because the sites looked a little bigger, but then called back and added the 500 loop because I liked how it was kind of in the middle of both areas. Have a fun trip!

It's a pet overflow loop.

Will 500 loop be good for a Pop - up camper?
We're looking for lots of shade.

We're in the 300 loop right now and it is a pet loop. We were in the 500 loop last year and it was a pet overflow as stated. I am not happy with my site in the 300 loop and will request the 500 loop next time.

You can put a pop up in any loop it just depends if you want to pay extra for cable or sewer. Right now the 500 loop is very open due to the clean up of the potato vine.

if you only need elec. and water loop 2000 and 1500 are for you and are shady. if you want full or preferred hook ups really any site will work. all loops have some shade.

Thanks for all the info. We are booked for the Fort starting Oct. 11 this year. We are taking our soon to be 4 year old DD to go Halloween Camping at Mickey Mouses' House.
A loop close to the playground and pool would also be big plus.
