loop 700

OK FW experts, if any of you have either camped at or near loop 700 is there a "better" lot to request? Is 700 a nice loop? We have reservations for a premium pet loop.

Its a nice loop and close to marina area, it has no comfort station, and most of the sites are about the same..

As long as they have the size of your RV, you should be fine. 700 is a nice loop.

Thanks so much!! Hhmmm well crud. We really need the comfort station. Shoot! I really liked that it looked more stretched out, ya know maybe not so congested. How about loop 500? I think I see on the map it has a comfort station but how are the lots there?

We've stayed in 700 and loved it. It (along with 800) did seem a bit roomier to us. The sites themselves may all be the same, but ours in 700 provided a bit more room between the neighbors and us.

In the middle of the 700 loop (or there abouts) there is a path that crosses the main road that leads to a comfort station. It's a five minute walk.

700 is not an original loop to the Fort.

It is long and stretched out and has walkways to established Comfort Stations which are a short distance away in some of the original loops.

It's still a great location.

500 is our favorite!!! We request that loop every time we go. It's close to the marina, playground and dog park (may not mean anything to you but they do to us!) and has a comfort station. 72 days until we return!!!!!

we love the 500 loop also we think it is great. we also utilize the dog park a ton, and there is also a large playground for our littlest. he is going to be 7 and our 15 year old dd loves the volleyball court right there. and it is a short distance to the marina

Actually our furball is going to be with us so being close to the dog park would be a good thing.

700 is not an original loop to the Fort.

ED, you can say the same thing about more than half the campground. The opened the 700 thru 1900 loops at the same time (which was only 18 months after the campground opened).
