Looks bad, Seems like an easy fix

I’m on my way home now from a very quick, turn and burn style trip. All my family really did at WDW was the MVMCP, and also couple days at Universal. For as long as I can remember, the drop ceilings in Its a Small World where things hang down (balloons, etc.) have looked like someone made the holes by kicking them. In at least 18 years why haven’t they been able to fix that? By the way, the Christmas overlay on Space Mountain is amazing!
