Well, welcome to the new year everybody. This is take 3 for me.
I've gone back on Slimfast to see if I can lose weight. I've done Slimfast before and it's worked pretty well, as long as I can stick to my diet.
I have also, as part of the new year, new me thing resolved to:
So..here goes nothing. I'm doing well so far and I know I just have to take it one day at a time.

I have also, as part of the new year, new me thing resolved to:
- Cut down on the amount of carbs I eat. So I'm going to ease up on the amount of cereals,breads,pastas, etc that I love so much
- Cut down on the amount of caffeine I drink daily. I am going to attempt to cut it down to just 16 oz of soda a day.
- Drink more water. I haven't been doing a lot of that and I know I need to do so..badly.
- Exercise more..when I can fit it in. With a fulltime job and an infant to take care of when I'm not at work, it's kind of hard for me to find time to work out.
So..here goes nothing. I'm doing well so far and I know I just have to take it one day at a time.
