Looking to rent points-newbie-help!!

Hello,
I was looking to "rent" points for a stay in WLV during the begining of November (am flexible with dates). I am new to all this so have read all the FAQ's and have used the point calculator but cannot seem to find what each point is valued at. I'm sure I'm missing something. Can anyone please help or point me in the right direction?

The price per point is negotiable between you and the DVC owner. The "average" price is oft quoted here to be $10/point, but some owners charge more and some less.


Since you've done quite a bit of your "homework" already, the next step is to post your desired dates, resort and room type on the Rent/Trade Forum. Hopefully, an owner will respond to your request and negotiations can begin.
