Looking to rent points Mar 05 for SS or BWV

I'm a first timer, interested in renting points for a 4 night stay in either SS or BWV in March '05. I think I need either 128 for BWV or 144 for SS for a 2 bedroom Sun-Wed. Need someone with experience in the renting scene who can help me through this... Thanks!
