Looking to rent points for Boardwalk Villas 5/3-5/10

I was interested in renting points for a Boardwalk Villas stay for May 3-10th; if someone could let me know how that would work;I would really appreciate it! And I was wondering how many points I need. We are a family of 6-2 adults,kids ages 1,4,13,17. Are park tickets seperate from this or are they included? How about the dining plan? This is all new to me;but was given as advice to check this forum from another post. Thanks,Angel

You will need the following depending upon Preferred View (P) or Standard View (S) room:

The rooms do not come with park tickets or dining plan. But after April 1st the dining plan can be added for each night on your reservation for $37.99 per adult and $10.99 per child age 3-9. This must be paid directly to Disney Member Services prior to your arrival.

Good Luck! I only have 166 points to rent, so I don't have enough to cover your entire stay, but good luck.
