Looking to Rent in May at WLV

I am a first time renter. My wife, myself and two children 12 and 6 are looking to rent a one bedroom villa at Wilderness Lodge if possible. The dates would be Sunday May 8 through Thursday May 13. Using the points calculator on this forum adds up to 140, but that may be for 2005. I will pay whatever the correct points and rate will be if there are any available.
