Looking to rent April 17/18-22

Hello everyone, I am very new to this, and several kind members of the forum pointed me here. I had planned to take my 81 year old Dad and my five year old daughter to WDW in early 2006 but his prostate cancer is acting up again (he's had it for years), and something is telling me to do it sooner. My daughter is on vacation from school the week starting April 17. I have been learning about "renting" points from DVC members and it sounds like with the right parties involved on both sides, it can be a good deal. I looked at the points calculator and for the resort(s) we are interested in, looks like 75 points (specifically looking at Wilderness Lodge Villas) are needed for a non-smoking studio.
