Looking to rent 2BR at BC in the Fall

Hi All,
We are looking to rent a 2br for 6 nights at the Beach Club at the end of Sept or October. (Oct first choice) Dates are flexible. Looks like we'd need 210 pts or 221 pts depending on which month. We'd like to go on a Sunday and leave on Sat. Can anyone help me with ressie and renting? This would be the first trip for my 4 yr old DD and 2yr old DS. We'll also be taking my parents along.
