Looking to move near Disney questions

Ok so one more question, my sister is looking to live within 30 minutes of Tampa but wants to be somewhat within an hour or so of us. What would be a good 30 minute point from Tampa but on the side closest to central Florida? Sorry, we are clueless about Florida’s geography

My first thought is Lakeland, depending on where in Tampa they will want to visit.

According to Google Maps downtown Tampa is about 85 miles from downtown Orlando, and takes a little less than 2 hours to drive...so you can go from there. Lakeland is roughly in the middle.
