Just so you are aware, you cannot sell your entry. When arriving on race day you must present photo id and they will not allow a transfer.

There are several charities involved in the event and most of the big ones I think have certain spaces available, but I don't know if they still do.

TNT Team in Training, the Arthritis group, Train to prevent stroke group are a few that come to mind that might have spots available.
