We are staying 7 nights for Christmas 2006 and would like to purchase points for the Boardwalk Villa's. Anyone interested?

You'll need to post your request on the Rent/Trade Forum. Owners can't reserve units until 11 months prior to the desired check out date, so you might be looking just a tad early.
