Hi guys I am new on this board but frequent the UK WDW one, since going to WDW in Jan I have got that magic back and am desperate to go back disney! I have been to the DP three times, twice at the Hotel Cheyenne and once at the Hotel E'lyssee, I will be going with my boyfriend and I would like to stay at the Sequoia Lodge if possible as I have always liked the theming and I hear it has been refurbished?

I am looking at a three night stay in during the winter - there seem to be good deals for the start of nov when the bonfire nights are on, has anyone been?

Where is the cheapest place to book?

I will be travelling from Newcastle, what would be the cheapest and best way to travel, the easyjet flight times are really late in the day, only saturday is earlier but the hotels are more expensive on a saturday?

Any advice would be great!!!!

Thank you

I would book via disney for hotel and tickets and then the transport seperatly as most people find it cheaper to do that.

There are some 3/2 and 4/3 deals in November so do check all the dates carefully for the best deal. Definitely best to book direct with DLP and sort the travel out separately. If you don't want to pay fully upfront, book by phone, but if you can shell out the whole cost then book and pay online.

We always go in Nov - usually early or mid. Weekdays are very quiet, weekends a bit busier, but really nice if you time it after the Xmas decs are up.

Transport wise I would be inclined to make a bit of a trip of it, come down to London by train and stay overnight the night before, then take either the Disney Eurostar or any old train to Paris and get the RER. Alternatively fly to Paris a day early, stay overnight in Paris then get up super early and get the RER to MLV.

If you booked now (or as soon as they release tickets) on the train (down to London) then you can get them really quite cheap, and Eurostar can be done for 29.50 pp each way. They have released Eurostar tickets up to 12 Nov so far (it extends day on day - so I have to wait a few days yet to book my tickets as I need to return on 16 Nov!)

You can book as far as up to January for the Eurostar if your phone up Eurostar.

Hi, we usually travel via Easyjet from Newcastle but when we go in October we're actually taking Eurostar ... it worked out cheaper :) If you join quidco.com (hope I'm allowed to post that) you can actually earn cashback on bookings with Disneyland Paris and Eurostar ... just press the link from the merchants area and it takes you to the usual site. We earned 6.5% cashback with DLP and 3.5% with Eurostar (I think) and it all adds up ... it's quite nice to get little amounts going into my bank account rather frequently due to my online shopping habits !! Hope you get booked up soon xxx

Thanks for all your help, the hotel bit seems ok -its the getting there part that is hard. The only good flight time for easyjet is on a saturday when the flights and the hotels are more expensive....I am going to investigate the eurostar.

Can I use the magical express if I use any train that goes to the disneyland paris station?

No, it's only available on the direct Eurostar but although it's a nice touch don't worry if you don't have it ~ you can use the left luggage facility at your hotel or hire a locker at the station on your last day.
