I just booked 4 nights at YC Concierge for October and forgot to ask for the e-mail so I can start making dining arrangements, etc.

All of the Epcot Resorts share Itinerary Planners. The e-mail is Itinplan_EpcotResorts@DisneyWorld.com. These are the people who do all you PS etc. I have been dealing with Stephanie and she has been just wonderful.

Here are # for phone (407)934-1448 & (Fax) (407)934-1487 There hours are Sun-Thur 7:00am - 7:00pm. Fri & Sat 7:00am - 5:00pm. I sent an E-mail just yesterday about 11:30am and never got a reply so I gave them a call at 4:30pm.Left a message, and Amy gave me a call back within an hour.They don't seem to always get E-mail as quickly because they are so busy.They are wonderful to deal with though.

Thank you!!! I called and Katherine called me back. She's got to be the nicest person I've ever dealt with at WDW. Oh my gosh, she was nice!!!

She is sending us itinerary planning information and a concierge level key for arrival/checkin. I am going to call back tomorrow since she called when kids were right next to me. I want to plan some special surprises for them the first day!
