Looking for the site that gives you a circumference from a certain point

I know someone way back when had posted a site on here, and I can't seem to find it on here.

It was where you could put in a starting point (for example where you live), and tell it how many hours or miles away you'd be willing to drive, and it'd draw a circle from your starting point.

Was trying to find someplace fairly close to take a budget trip this summer, so was thinking that would be a fun way to decide where we could drive to within a certain time frame.

Anyone know a site like I'm trying to find?
