Looking for the Little Details in the Parks

There's a great thread on things not to miss in the parks but it's sooooo long and I'm soooo lazy - in case I get really lazy and don't make it through the whole thing, what's your favorite little adorable WDW detail?

Mine is the little gopher that comes out of the ceiling in Splash Mountain and says "GO FSU!"

For now it is too hard for me to think of the one best thing to see or secret to find, although Splash Mountain as a whole seems to be the choice for me today.
