Looking for Target and Supermarket between TPA and WDW

Our trip is 6/22-6/30 and we need to stop at a store to pick up some things for the trip (bottled water, cereal, snack food). Does anybody know where a good place to find a Target/Super Target or a Supermarket just off of I-4 between TPA and WDW.
