Looking for surprise help

We invited my mom and my niece to join us for our upcoming trip. We have decided to keep it a secret for now that they are coming with us. The plan is that my mom, dad and niece are going to come to the airport to "see us off" and then somehow once we're there we'll tell my niece that she is coming with us. This will also be when DD finds out too.

I've found two cute Minnie Mouse shirts on Etsy that I'm thinking about ordering and wrapping up to give them at the airport. I thought some kind of special surprise note to go in it or a note with a clue to go on it to or something would be neat. I don't know, I'm not very creative.

Any ideas to make this as special and surprising as possible?

I'm also going to order a little tshirt for DS but he doesn't need a note or anything else because he won't understand.

I have a collection of postcards.....I could personalize one of the existing styles or use characters that you pick. Please have a look and see if any are right for you! (wording can be easily modified) and I can remove the "stamp" too since you aren't trying to pretend these were mailed.
