Looking for suggestions on dining in Epcot...

My husband and I are making our first trip "home" from Sept. 22-26. It will just be the two of us and I am looking for a good restaurant in Epcot where we can have a good meal and then stay for Illuminations. What's a good time for ressies too?????

We got Chefs De France at 7:30 last January, and sat next to the window.

We had a great view of Illuminations through desert, and a fantastic meal.

The filet is by far the best I've ever had in my life (though the boyfriend thinks the Le Cellier steak is better - I think the maple glaze on that is too sweet).

The creme brulee and onion soup with fresh gruyere and filet.
OMG - SOOOO GOOD!
