looking for spreadsheet/planning pages help

Ok, I suck at the whole spreadsheet thing...actually I think I'm just too impatient! I was hoping someone here had some planning pages and spreadsheets I could use for my trip binder. The more detail the better since I'm a complete overplanner. If no one has any, just some tips on making my own would be great. TIA
